A brand refresh for Phở Xuân, a beloved family-run phở restaurant serving locals and tourists in Ho Chi Minh City since 2000.

The project introduces a new visual identity for Phở Xuân that preserves its cultural roots while elevating its presence across physical touchpoints. Designed to connect with both local and international audiences, the brand now feels more unified, memorable, and true to its heritage.

The logo features a classic serif typeface paired with a symbolic icon that blends modern and traditional elements. Rising steam represents the warmth of phở, while the flower made of leaves reflects springtime renewal and the fresh herbs that accompany the dish.

A soft beige and dark red color palette brings out warmth and elegance, supported by the contrast of Cormorant Upright and Bebas Neue typefaces. Supporting elements like floral motifs and clean layouts create a balanced look across all branded materials.

Key applications include printed menus, banners, posters, spice labels, uniforms, and a complete set of brand guidelines. Each piece contributes to a consistent and authentic brand story rooted in Vietnamese culinary culture.
