The challenge was to create an AI-driven tool that helps project managers build project briefs faster and cut alignment time. We identified key user problems, explored different interaction concepts, and refined the idea through feedback to ensure it met both user and technical needs.

I combined research, quick wireframing in FigJam, and close teamwork to shape the product’s interaction and user flows. We tested ideas through mid-fidelity prototypes, built reusable components, and developed the first UI Kit to support a consistent and scalable design.

This project helped the team validate an AI solution for internal use and gave me real-world product design experience. I learned the value of early alignment, cross-team collaboration, and building designs that balance user needs with business goals.
