A mobile app designed to help users check book availability at Hải An Bookstore and order titles for home delivery, offering a more convenient experience for frequent readers.
This project was developed after a field visit to Hải An Bookstore, where real user challenges were observed. The app solves key pain points like unclear stock status, irrelevant recommendations, and travel inconvenience by allowing users to shop and receive books from their phones.

Focus group interviews and online surveys revealed that users struggled with book discovery, unwanted suggestions, and long travel times. These insights helped shape essential features like real-time availability checks, smarter recommendations, and delivery integration.











Three participants completed a task to order a book with a voucher. While all succeeded, issues included hidden buttons and unclear delivery steps. Overall task time averaged about 1 minute, with a high satisfaction score of 8.7 out of 10.







Designed in Figma, the prototype features smooth navigation, search functionality, and a guided checkout flow. Key screens include book listings, detail view, voucher use, and delivery options, tailored to the needs of mobile-first book buyers.
